We excel at addition projects due to our design and pre-construction process. Our process includes a discovery day at the home opening up drywall and determining project specifics. This minimizes the chance of schedule disruptions throughout the project.

We excel at these projects as we use the Lead Carpenter System. That means we have one Project Manager (the Lead Carpenter) assigned to each project, and only one project at a time. The level of service provided is unparalleled to the standard project manager system where a PM runs multiple projects. On our Lead Carpenter projects, there is no wondering when or if someone is showing up or who to talk to about any issues. The Lead Carpenter is there from Day 1 until the end of the project.
