Joe is the first client of AAR to join the team. AAR did an extensive first floor renovation for the Ewald’s in 2018. Joe previously was an athletic trainer for a local high school for over 14 years.
Cristy Lindemann

Has over 20 years of construction and remodeling experience. She has a passion for education and excellence.
She is on the faculty at WCC and leads the Construction Management Program. She also previously led the Construction Tech Program.
Andrew Dorrough
Apprentice Carpenter
Joined the team in 2021
Went through the Ann Arbor Student Building Industry Program.
He is from California, and still getting accustomed to Michigan Winters.
Chad Walker

Enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Chad is often telling jokes and keeping the sprits high with anyone that is around him. Not too many people possess the ability to tell jokes at the same time as digging a hole, but Chad does
